ParentSquare and Canva for Education Deepen Collaboration With New Smart Sites-Canva Integration

New integration gives districts and schools even more ways to use Canva and ParentSquare together

SANTA BARBARA, CA—Oct. 9, 2024—In the world of education, everyone can use more time. That’s why ParentSquare has added a new integration to its Smart Sites school website solution, making it quicker and easier to incorporate Canva projects. Educators can now seamlessly add their saved projects from Canva for Education directly to their Smart Sites website without having to leave the ParentSquare platform. 

This integration builds on the existing collaboration between ParentSquare and Canva, which in 2023 introduced a curated collection of Canva for Education templates for newsletters, signature blocks, post headers, and more.

Smart Sites allows districts and schools to create custom websites that are tailored to their specific needs —including a school or district’s unique branding—without requiring any coding or technical knowledge. The new Canva integration further simplifies workflows by eliminating the extra steps of exporting projects from Canva and uploading to Smart Sites. Once the integration is enabled by the district, it is available to everyone with access to the Smart Sites editor.
